South Dakota’s Proof of Concept Fund supports commercialization activities for innovative technologies and startup ideas. Aberdeen entrepreneurs and research teams may use the program for validation, prototype, market, and technical milestones that move a concept toward commercialization.
Eligibility
South Dakota entrepreneurs, startups, and researchers with eligible technology commercialization projects.
Requirements
- Apply through South Dakota GOED or designated program process
- Provide technology description, commercialization plan, budget, milestones, team, and market information
- Meet performance milestone, reporting, and eligible expense requirements
