Eligibility
Businesses that qualify as manufacturers under Oklahoma law may obtain and use a Manufacturer's Sales Tax Exemption Permit for qualifying production-related purchases.
Requirements
- Qualify as a manufacturer under Oklahoma tax rules
- Apply for or maintain the manufacturer's exemption permit through the Oklahoma Tax Commission
- Use the exemption only for eligible manufacturing purchases
