About this program
Tucson may provide an impact fee subsidy for eligible affordable housing providers developing residential rental or homeownership projects affordable to households at or below 100 percent of area median income for at least 20 years.
Eligibility
Affordable housing providers developing eligible rental or homeownership units in Tucson with required long-term affordability commitments.
Requirements
- Demonstrate qualifying affordable housing project and income restrictions
- Agree to maintain affordability for at least 20 years
- Submit city documentation needed for impact fee subsidy approval
