The Vitality Fund is a multi-year performance-based incentive for established companies relocating to or expanding in Washington, DC. The program encourages job creation, capital investment, and long-term commercial office occupancy, with preference for companies occupying at least 15,000 square feet for at least five years, creating at least 30 jobs over three years, and investing at least $2 million in improvements.

Large established companies relocating to or expanding in Washington, DC and planning commercial office occupancy, job creation, and capital improvements.
Requirements
- Applicant must occupy or intend to occupy commercial space in Washington, DC.
- Preference is given to companies occupying at least 15,000 square feet for at least five years.
- Applicant should plan to create new jobs at the occupied space, with preference for at least 30 jobs over three years.
