About this program
The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority provides low-interest loans and lines of credit for eligible businesses that commit to creating or retaining jobs. Pittsburgh businesses can use financing for real estate, machinery, equipment, working capital, and eligible project costs.
Eligibility
Eligible Pennsylvania businesses including manufacturers, industrial enterprises, agricultural processors, research and development firms, and certain businesses meeting PIDA program criteria.
Requirements
- Apply through a certified economic development organization
- Provide project budget, business financials, job commitments, collateral, and underwriting documents
- Meet eligible use, job creation or retention, and repayment requirements
