Kentucky State Loan Repayment Program (KSLRP)
Loan repayment awards of $20,000 to $50,000 per year for health care professionals who provide outpatient, primary care services in rural and underserved Kentucky communities designated as Health Professional Shortage Areas. Requires a two-year service commitment.

Eligibility
Licensed health professionals including physicians, PAs, nurse practitioners, certified nurse-midwives, RNs, dentists, dental hygienists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional clinical counselors, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric nurse specialists, substance use disorder counselors, and pharmacists. Must serve at a public or nonprofit private health care facility in a Kentucky HPSA.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed health professional in an eligible discipline
- Must commit to two years of service at an eligible site
- Site must be a public or nonprofit private health care facility in a Kentucky HPSA
