About this program
The Providence Preservation Society Revolving Fund supports preservation of historic properties in Providence through acquisition, easements, technical assistance, and project support. Property owners and community partners may use the resource for preservation-oriented redevelopment and neighborhood stabilization.
Eligibility
Owners, developers, nonprofits, and project partners working on eligible historic preservation projects in Providence.
Requirements
- Engage PPS Revolving Fund staff before project commitment
- Provide property information, preservation scope, budget, ownership or site control, and redevelopment plan
- Comply with preservation standards, financing terms, and monitoring requirements
