Missouri Works Program – Employee Withholding Tax Retention Incentive
The Missouri Works Program allows businesses creating new jobs in Missouri to retain a portion of employee state income tax withholding rather than remitting it to the state. Construction and trades employers expanding their workforce may be eligible for this payroll-based incentive.
