Minority-owned and/or women-owned food service and restaurant businesses with controlling interest held by a minority or female owner.
Requirements
- Business must be at least 51% owned and controlled by minority or female individuals
- Must be a socially and economically disadvantaged commercial entity
- Certification valid for two years
