CREATE Foundation supports affiliate community foundations across Northeast Mississippi, including Lafayette Oxford Foundation for Tomorrow, helping local donors and community boards award grants for charitable projects in their own communities.

Eligible nonprofits, public entities, schools, and charitable projects serving Lafayette County through affiliate or fund-specific grant processes.
Requirements
- Apply through the applicable CREATE affiliate or fund process when open
- Provide nonprofit status, project narrative, budget, service geography, and community impact information
- Meet affiliate foundation grant agreement and reporting requirements
