The BDE Joven Visionario program offers financing to young entrepreneurs ages 21 to 35 to establish or expand a business in Puerto Rico, with funds available for working capital, machinery and equipment, and improvements.

Puerto Rico entrepreneurs between ages 21 and 35, including Ponce applicants, seeking to start or expand a business and meeting BDE credit requirements.
