Eligibility
Manufacturing projects in eligible low-income, rural, or underserved Oklahoma communities may be considered when the project has sufficient scale, community impact, and financing need.
Requirements
- Locate the project in an eligible Oklahoma low-income or underserved community
- Present a manufacturing project with strong job creation, retention, or community impact
- Typically have a project size of about $7 million or more
