The Destination Medical Center Main Street Economic Revitalization Program supports projects that revitalize commercial corridors and business activity in Rochester's DMC district. Funding can help eligible businesses, property owners, and developers complete capital improvements that strengthen street-level vibrancy, reuse underutilized space, and support economic recovery and growth in the downtown and DMC area.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, and developers with eligible capital improvement or revitalization projects in the Rochester Destination Medical Center district may apply when funding rounds are open.
Requirements
- Project must be located in the eligible Destination Medical Center district or program area.
- Project must involve eligible capital improvements or economic revitalization activities.
- Applicant must provide project scope, budget, financing plan, site control, and public benefit information.
