Eligibility
Eligible businesses must have at least 51% ownership by Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Social Equity Licensees and have been awarded or started an application for a regulated business license from MED and the relevant local licensing authority.
Requirements
- Have at least 51% ownership by Colorado Social Equity Licensee owners
- Have been awarded or started an application for a regulated marijuana business license
- Be in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State and submit required eligibility documentation
