Eligibility
Businesses at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman or women may apply through the WBENC regional partner serving Arkansas.
Requirements
- Be at least 51 percent woman owned, controlled, operated, and managed
- Submit required ownership, governance, management, and financial documentation
- Complete WBENC certification review and site visit requirements
