The Lafayette Redevelopment Authority serves as the governing body for land acquisitions and infrastructure project bonding and institutes the process to establish new economic development and tax increment financing districts.

Eligible land acquisition, infrastructure, and economic development district projects sponsored or approved by the City of Lafayette.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Redevelopment Authority and Redevelopment Commission
- Provide project scope, bonding need, acquisition details, infrastructure costs, and public benefit information
- Meet authority approval, bonding, legal, and reporting requirements
