About this program
The Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce and the City of Eau Claire launched the Launch and Grow Eau Claire Revolving Loan Fund to provide affordable, flexible capital and hands-on business development support to small businesses and entrepreneurs, especially those historically facing barriers to traditional financing.
Eligibility
Small businesses and entrepreneurs in Eau Claire, especially underserved founders and businesses that need flexible financing and support.
Requirements
- Apply or inquire through the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Launch and Grow Eau Claire program
- Provide business plan, owner information, financials, use of funds, and repayment details
- Work with HWCC business development staff and meet loan underwriting requirements
