About this program
The North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency can use tax increment financing to support qualifying redevelopment projects that advance adopted plans. Assistance may support infrastructure, public improvements, site work, streetscape, and other eligible redevelopment costs that stimulate investment and expand the tax base.
Eligibility
Developers, property owners, businesses, and public partners with eligible projects in North Las Vegas redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Project must be located in an eligible redevelopment area and align with redevelopment goals
- Submit project description, financing plan, eligible costs, and public benefit information
- Receive agency approvals and execute agreements before reimbursement or incentive delivery
