Competitive grants up to $200,000 for Massachusetts health employers of any size to fund customized workforce training. Supports upskilling and reskilling of clinical, administrative, and support staff.

Eligibility
Massachusetts health employers of any size that contribute to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance (UI) system. Applicable to hospitals, community health centers, behavioral health providers, home health agencies, and other health businesses.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts employer contributing to the Workforce Training Fund through UI surcharge
- Must develop a customized training plan with a qualified training vendor
- Training must benefit Massachusetts-based employees
