Eligibility
Disadvantaged, minority-, and women-owned business enterprises, veteran-owned small businesses, and eligible small businesses seeking Tollway work may participate as protégés.
Requirements
- Be an eligible D/M/WBE, VOSB, or small business seeking Tollway opportunities.
- Participate with an approved mentor or technical assistance provider.
- Work on business, project delivery, and capacity-building goals tied to Tollway contracting.
