NYC M/WBE certification helps minority-owned businesses compete for New York City contracts, connect with buyers, and access city procurement support.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by minority group members or women and meeting NYC requirements.
Requirements
- Submit NYC certification application with business structure, ownership and control records, tax returns, financial documents, resumes, proof of qualifying minority ownership, and required affidavits.
