Nebraska Higher Blends Ethanol Tax Credit
Nebraska tax credit of $0.08 per gallon for motor fuel retailers that dispense higher-blend ethanol (E15 and E25 or higher). Credit expires December 31, 2028.

Eligibility
Nebraska motor fuel retailers that dispense E15 (15% ethanol blend) or E25 (25% ethanol blend) and higher through retail pumps.
Requirements
- Must be a Nebraska motor fuel retailer
- Must dispense E15, E25, or higher ethanol blends through retail pumps
- Credit rate: $0.08 per gallon for E15 and E25 or higher (beginning 2024)
