Incentive program providing up to $50,000 to repay educational loan debt for primary care providers who commit to a two-year service at an approved practice site in a Health Professional Shortage Area.

Eligibility
Primary care providers working at approved NHSC or Montana SLRP sites in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). Part-time awards available for providers working less than full-time. Uses available State funding for 2026 awards.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed primary care provider
- Must practice at an approved NHSC or Montana SLRP site
- Practice site must be in a designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA)
