Eligibility
Visual artists 21+ residing in NYC for at least the last 5 consecutive years; AGI under $80K (individual) or $160K (joint); household assets under $90,720 ($129,600 joint); cannot own primary/secondary residence; not currently receiving rental assistance like Section 8.
