About this program
The Primary Care Practitioner Loan Redemption Program provides student loan redemption for eligible primary care, dental, and behavioral health practitioners who commit to serving in medically underserved areas of New Jersey. Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey primary care physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, and behavioral health providers who agree to practice in approved underserved sites.
Requirements
- Submit HESAA application with professional license, qualifying education debt, employment or placement information, service-site eligibility, proof of New Jersey practice, and required service commitment documents.
