WVEDA Commercial Loan Insurance Program (CLINS)
WVEDA insures up to 80% of a commercial bank loan (up to $500,000) for West Virginia professional services businesses that cannot obtain conventional financing.

Eligibility
West Virginia-based businesses that cannot obtain conventional bank financing. Professional services firms seeking loans for fixed assets or working capital are eligible. Construction loans and lines of credit do not qualify.
Requirements
- Business must be based in West Virginia
- Submit project summary and company history or business plan
- Submit company and personal financial statements
