Eligibility
Transportation businesses in communities with population of 5,000 or less and not connected by road or rail to Anchorage or Fairbanks, or 2,000 or less if connected.
Requirements
- Business must be located in an eligible rural Alaska community
- Community must have population of 5,000 or less (not road/rail connected) or 2,000 or less (road/rail connected)
- Must demonstrate job creation or retention
