Eligibility
For-profit small businesses may apply when a socially and economically disadvantaged owner controls the firm; women are identified by CDOT as a group presumed socially and economically disadvantaged under DBE rules.
Requirements
- Operate a for-profit small business seeking DBE certification
- Show qualifying disadvantaged ownership and control
- Submit required certification documentation through the Colorado Unified Certification Program
