Eligibility
Operators of older drayage trucks serving eligible seaports or Class I rail yards in Texas nonattainment areas under the Federal Clean Air Act. Vehicles must be replaced with qualifying cleaner alternatives.
Requirements
- Truck must be an older drayage truck operating at a qualifying Texas seaport or Class I rail yard
- Facility must be in a Texas nonattainment area
- Must replace older truck with a qualifying cleaner vehicle
