Eligibility
Community-based organizations, post-secondary educational institutions, school districts, and trade and labor training entities. Programs must train diverse clean energy workforce populations including low-income, Environmental Justice communities, and historically underrepresented groups.
Requirements

- Training must focus on clean energy workforce development
- Must serve diverse and underrepresented populations
