About this program
Connecticut Green Bank's C-PACE program provides long-term financing for commercial, industrial, nonprofit, and multifamily property owners making eligible energy improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible property owners in participating Connecticut municipalities may finance qualifying energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resiliency improvements.
Requirements
- Confirm municipality participation
- Develop eligible energy improvement project
- Work with approved C-PACE lender and program administrator
