Eligibility
Eligible applicants include nonprofits, state and local governments, and public housing authorities with experience serving elderly adults and the capacity to deliver home modification programs for low-income seniors, including eligible South Carolina applicants.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible nonprofit organization, state or local government, or public housing authority.
- Applicant must have at least three years of experience serving elderly adults.
- Project must provide comprehensive safety and functional home modifications for low-income seniors.
