Refundable tax credit of 30% to 35% on eligible production costs for film and entertainment productions in Kentucky. $75 million in credits available. Minimum spend of $250,000 for feature films and $20,000 for documentaries.

Eligibility
Film, television, and entertainment productions that incur qualifying expenses in Kentucky. Enhanced 35% credit applies in designated Enhanced Incentive Counties or for productions using Kentucky-resident crews.

- Production must be filmed in Kentucky
