Flex PACE is a Bank of North Dakota interest buydown program designed for businesses, childcare, healthcare, affordable housing, and other community projects where a local community partner wants to support economic or quality-of-life development.
Eligibility
Eligible North Dakota businesses and community projects working through a participating lender and local sponsor.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating lender and local community sponsor
- Document eligible project costs, financing, public benefit, and borrower information
- Meet BND underwriting, local match, reporting, and program requirements
