Eligibility
Eligible applicants are New Mexico cannabis entrepreneurs seeking an integrated cannabis microbusiness license and able to meet Cannabis Control Division requirements for the selected business functions.
Requirements
- Apply for an integrated cannabis microbusiness license through the Cannabis Control Division
- Identify proposed cultivation, manufacturing, retail, and courier functions
- Submit ownership, premise, background, water, safety, local approval, and operating documentation
