About this program
Cuyahoga County’s New Product Development and Entrepreneurship Loan Program was created to encourage innovation and new business ventures by providing research and development funding assistance to small businesses and supporting new job opportunities.
Eligibility
Small businesses and entrepreneurs in Cuyahoga County with eligible innovation, product development, or research and development projects.
Requirements
- Submit business and product development plan, budget, financials, and job impact information
- Demonstrate innovation or new product development potential
- Meet county underwriting, repayment, collateral, and reporting requirements
