About this program
Las Cruces may allocate a portion of its annual CDBG funds to eligible public service activities carried out by nonprofits and public agencies. Public service grants can support basic needs, youth, seniors, homelessness services, disability services, food access, and other programs serving low- and moderate-income residents.

Requirements
- Program must meet CDBG public service eligibility and national objective rules
- Submit service plan, budget, beneficiary data, and organizational compliance documentation
- Comply with HUD income documentation, reporting, and grant agreement requirements
