SBA 8(a) Business Development Program – Texas Native American Businesses
The SBA 8(a) program helps Native American-owned small businesses in Texas access federal set-aside contracts. Tribal enterprises are presumed socially disadvantaged. 9-year program term with no-bid contracts up to $4M (services) or $6.5M (manufacturing).

Eligibility
Small businesses at least 51% owned by Native American individuals or tribal enterprises. Tribal entities are presumed socially disadvantaged. Business must be in operation at least 2 years.

- Business in operation for at least 2 years
- Owner's personal net worth under $850,000
