Eligibility
Enrolled members of Kansas's four federally recognized tribes (Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, Kickapoo Tribe in Kansas, Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska, Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska) and their tribal enterprises.

- Enrolled member of a Kansas federally recognized tribe or tribal enterprise
