Eligibility
Eligible affordable housing developers, nonprofits, community housing development organizations, and public-private partners meeting HOME and city requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through city housing or federal funding solicitation when available
- Provide site control, development budget, financing plan, affordability commitments, and readiness documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental, procurement, and reporting rules
