Eligibility
Illinois small businesses that face barriers accessing conventional credit, administered through DCEO-approved and enrolled local lenders. Particular focus on socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- Must work through an approved and enrolled Advantage Illinois lender
- Business must be located in Illinois
- Lender must be enrolled in the Advantage Illinois program
