About this program
Provo City serves as lead entity for the Utah Valley HOME Consortium and administers HOME Investment Partnerships funds for eligible affordable housing activities. HOME can support development, rehabilitation, acquisition, homeownership assistance, and other housing activities for income-qualified households.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, and eligible sponsors with qualifying projects in the Utah Valley HOME Consortium area.
Requirements
- Apply through Provo City Community Programs during the HOME NOFA process
- Provide site control, project budget, financing stack, affordability commitments, and development capacity documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental review, reporting, and long-term compliance requirements
