Eligibility
Laboratories seeking to handle, test, or analyze medical cannabis or manufactured cannabis products in Hawaii must satisfy state certification and independence requirements.
Requirements
- Apply or renew through the Hawaii Department of Health State Lab License System.
- Meet medical cannabis testing facility certification requirements, including applicable accreditation, validation, independence, and controlled-substance registration requirements.
- Submit required forms, fees, documentation, and laboratory information to the Department of Health.
