The Gifford Foundation’s What If Mini Grant program helps City of Syracuse residents foster neighborhood growth, strengthen capacity, and improve community safety and wellbeing through small, resident-led projects.
Eligibility
City of Syracuse residents, grassroots groups, and neighborhood-based projects meeting program guidelines; new applicants must attend orientation for application access.
Requirements
- Attend a required orientation if new or not recently oriented
- Develop a resident-led project serving a Syracuse neighborhood
- Submit application, budget, project plan, and follow-up reporting
