Low-income unemployed Arkansas residents age 55 or older with poor employment prospects may qualify for SCSEP training and placement services.
Requirements
- Be age 55 or older
- Be unemployed
- Meet low-income eligibility rules, generally no more than 125 percent of the federal poverty level
