About this program
Missouri's Community Development Block Grant program administers federal CDBG funds to eligible non-entitlement communities for projects that address local community development needs. Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Missouri non-entitlement local governments proposing projects that meet a CDBG national objective and an eligible CDBG activity category.
Requirements
- Applicant must be an eligible Missouri non-entitlement local government.
- Project must meet a CDBG national objective such as benefit to low- and moderate-income persons, slum or blight prevention or elimination, or urgent need.
- Project must fit an eligible CDBG activity category.
