The Regional Arts and Culture Council supports artists and arts organizations in the Portland region through grants, public art, and creative programs that strengthen cultural life and community access to the arts.
Eligibility
Eligible artists, arts organizations, cultural nonprofits, and creative projects serving Portland or the regional arts community.
Requirements
- Meet grant category eligibility and geographic requirements
- Submit project or operating proposal, budget, work samples or organization information, and community benefit details
- Complete reporting, acknowledgement, and compliance requirements
