FastTrack Job Training Assistance provides customized training support to companies that create new jobs or expand operations in Tennessee, helping offset eligible costs for recruiting, screening, and training workers.
Eligibility
Businesses creating eligible new jobs or making qualifying expansions in Kingsport or elsewhere in Tennessee.
Requirements
- Coordinate with TNECD before training begins
- Create or retain eligible Tennessee jobs
- Document approved training activities and costs
