Start-up and expanding clean energy and sustainability businesses in South Dakota. Requires 10% equity and shared first lien. Eligible for land, building construction/acquisition/renovation, and equipment.
Requirements
- Must be a South Dakota business or relocating to South Dakota
- Minimum 10% equity contribution required
- Shared first lien position on financed assets required
