East Providence's Waterfront District offers business assistance and incentive tools intended to attract investment, redevelopment, and job-generating projects in designated waterfront areas.
Eligibility
Eligible businesses, developers, property owners, and project sponsors with qualifying projects in the East Providence Waterfront District.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the East Providence Waterfront District Commission or city economic development staff
- Submit project location, development plan, investment, jobs, financing, and public benefit information
- Meet district, zoning, permitting, incentive agreement, and reporting requirements
